    Botcom only acts as a channel for reservations and payments between tenants and members

    VAT Terms and Conditions

    General Provisions

    These terms and conditions ("VAT Terms")  shall apply as of the date of their issuance, and shall remain in effect unless expressly terminated by Botcom.

    Your continued use  of the Botcom platform.  On or after the date you receive these VAT Terms, you agree to these VAT Terms.

     The terms used shall have the meanings defined in the General Terms of Use above, unless expressly defined differently in these VAT Terms.

    Reference to " Botcom. " In these VAT terms means reference to both the Botcom Foundation. It is  a private limited liability founder established  in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia  and  headquartered in Jeddah, and registered with  the Ministry of Commerce 4030471727 Register Number.  , a  limited liability corporation, established in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    VAT applied on trip charges

    In application of the instructions received from the General Authority of Zakat and Tax, VAT shall be calculated on the total fare of thetrip at the prevailing rate, and in the event of any change to  these instructions and such change is applied retroactively, Botcom will seek  to  refund VAT from amounts that may later be refunded to Botcom by GAZT, in accordance with the provisions of the third item below.

     

    VAT Refund

    Botcom makes  no guarantees that VAT amounts calculated on the entire fare of the trip will be refunded from GAZT or refunded to you.

    Botcom has the right to  deduct administrative expenses and other costs (including fines and any assessment of unpaid VAT) incurred by  Botcom as a result of applying GAZT's instructions before VAT is returned to you.

    VAT refunds will be credited to the Account as a non-transferable, non-refundable cash credit available  for use in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only and expiring one year after issuance (unless  otherwise provided  by Botcom). You agree that you are not entitled to a refund of VAT in cash.

    If your account is closed once you are eligible for a VAT refund  , Botcom will email you a voucher  (for the amount of VAT that must be refunded to you) that  you can use on the Botcom platform. The voucher is yours and you can use it by opening a new account on  your  Botcom platform  or reactivating your closed account. If your email address is not available in Sijilat   Botcom (for the reason that you did not  share this  address with Botcom in the  first place or for any other reason),  Botcom will not seek  to  contact you and any refund will be subject to the amount of VAT for your order submitted in accordance with paragraph below. Botcom will not be  responsible for any voucher sent to the email address registered in the Botcom logs.  If this voucher has been received and/or used by anyone other than you.

    If your account is closed once you are   eligible for a VAT refund and Botcom has not contacted you in accordance with paragraph 9 above  , you can contact  Botcom  for a VAT refund. Refunds will be made by issuing a voucher that you can use on  the Botcom platform  according to the  details specified in paragraph 9 above.  Botcom has the right to You have been asked to provide any documents (including receipts for trips received by email from Botcom or via the Platform) to document your claim.

     You agree that you will not request a VAT refund from Botcom after 12 months from the date on which you became aware of your potential right to a VAT refund, and in any event no later than 5 years from the date on which such entitlement arose.

     


    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    The cancellation refund amount is determined by the Member's cancellation policy set forth in the Tenant's separate rental agreement with the Member,  which shall be one of the following three policies, as chosen by the Member: 

    flexible

    •  75% of the rental price in case of cancellation within 24 hours of starting the rental
    •  50% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the start of the rental.

    Mild

    • 100% of the rental price in case of cancellation within 12 hours of  the start of the rental 
    • 75% of the rental price in case of cancellation in amore than 12 hours  but 24 hours before the  start of the rental.
    • 50% of the rental price if cancelled less than 48 hours before but more than 24 hours before the rental starts.

    Hard

    • 100% of the rental price in case of cancellation 24 hours before the start of the rental.
    • 80% of the rental price in case of cancellation in more than 24 hours, but less than 48 hours from the start of the rental.

     

    Cancellation of owner

    The tenant chooses to save the amount with Botcom to make another reservation, or refund the amount.

    Botcom will reclassify the owner in terms of performance by either changing his level and credibility with the public, or disabling his Botcom account.
